Do not trust Denton Trottier He has taken our money $1350.00 and never shown up again nor will he answer my phone calls

I have been a client of Dentons since 2004, and would highly recommend him. I interviewed 3 pool builders before choosing him. I am extremely happy with the end product. I say this after having my pool for 8 years!

We have 2 waterfalls and a waterfall off our spa and he said we couldn't run them both at the same time, it ends up per Swim Things, we can do it, Dreamscape just didn't plumb it right. They also sold us Diamond Brite as an upgrade for our pool finish; however Swim Things says it is like NO Diamond Brite they have ever seen. We have been to their showroom where they used the very same color we selected and it is totally different. The Diamond Brite rep has no record of Dreamscape purchasing from them and said they have NEVER heard of the crew from Gardner, KS that applied it. So it is either not Diamond Brite OR he missed a major step of applying muriatic acid at the end to expose the agitates. Either way, it is not what we were sold from the Diamond Brite brochure and he will not call us back to answer what he put down. We have emailed him, called his cell, answering service and sent text messages numerous times and he won’t respond. He also needs to correct several issues we have. The pump takes an hour to prime and a light has already gone bad and we have flagstone popping off and stains coming through the stamped concrete. Because he won’t respond, we had to start using Swim Things and they are great! They have a staff of 65 and can answer quick questions or send someone out in a reasonable amount of time to fix bigger issues. I wish I would have known about them when we were getting bids last summer.
