I have been a loyal customer of Tropical Breezes on Memorial Drive since 2008! Tonight was thee worst experience ever. After I unloaded my vehicle and loaded 6 washing machines...I was found out that none of the two card reload machines did not work! I looked for the attendant, whom came from the back 5 minutes later, to ask him what was going on and how could he fix the issue at hand. This guy told us that there was nothing he could do because he had already used his card for the previous customer which left us out of luck!!!! He blamed it on the shift before him starting the guy left it on him to fix. I asked for the managers contact information he stated to me, “Nall, I can’t do that!” Zero customer service, Zero assistance, and ZERO apologies were given tonight!!! I had to unload 6 huge washers and load dirty clothes back into my vehicle. Again, no assistance, no apology, or no empathy!!! Over the years the staff member had changed tremendously. Women and men would ask to help me with my belongings, speak and welcome me to the establishment, and attentive to the customers and the surroundings. Now, it seems as if they hire people from rehab. The gentlemen overnight is never insight, outside smoking, never help, and never speak. This is unacceptable for a successful business. They should’ve closed their doors if their machines are not operable!!!!!!! They truly are wasting labor/payroll dollars!!!!!!
