I am very disappointed with Louie and L&L Fence Co. I gave him a deposit in September for a metal fence to be installed at the daycare. They have not installed the fence, they came out and removed the old chain link fence and left, that was a couple months ago. Now the children cannot go out and play because there is not a fence for protection. I've tried to contact Louie by email and phone and he will not respond or reply. He should give us a refund for the deposit if he cannot complete the job. Do not call them for a fence, you may never get it. Very disappointed and feel as if we were ripped off!

The decision to use L&L Fence has been a regrettable one. I was sold on their competitive pricing and (empty) promises. The workmanship is poor - the fence lines more closely resembled a zig-zag than a straight line. Louie and his worker's respect for ones property is also lacking. I have a nicely manicured lawn that was left with ruts, concrete debris, and piles of dirt after the installation was completed. I also had several "posts" heave over the winter. If you are unaware of their installation method (I was not) the "posts" are not set below frost depth, nor are there wood posts behind the vinyl sleeves. These are the two main contributing factors to frost heave. This spring I had an entire panel completely blown apart by the wind. Louie was well aware of the high winds in my area, and assured me that their fence would hold up to it without fail. Additionally, my gate does not operate properly and hasn't since it was installed last fall. Attempting to get Louie to come back and correct these issues has been near impossible. He belittled me for complaining about their workmanship. That is until he actually came to my house and saw how inferior the quality actually was (and still is). He has been promising me for 3 months to fix my fence but has yet to set foot on my property. I have left him several messages, especially in the last month, and he as been ignoring me completely.
