Do NOT use Mike Indigaro. He does work that breaks down and he never shows up. He installed a brand new HVAC system in my house two years ago and it has broken down twice. The first time, I called him (he doesn't answer calls) and he kept texting me that he would be coming but never showed up. This went on for days. I had to hire another company to fix it and it cost $1900. Mike later said he would make up for it by doing my maintenance for free, etc but none of that ever happened. The second time my HVAC broke was last week. I called him and he promised to come out on two different days. He was a "no show" on both days. You are asking for a lot of trouble if you hire him. Please be warned.
