Worst experience ever, their prices are cheap but don't honor their warranty, I bought a water heater from them with 10 years warranty, it broke in the 5th year, and they asked for proof wich I sent , after that they didn't respond when they finally did they told me that they don't have water heaters that are on backorder should contact me in 2 weeks and if I need it right away I would have to pay $1000 for a new one, again no response a month later said still on backorder and kept telling me to pay for the heater to get it fast, he said once they get it they will bring me the heater to have a extra or I can sell it but here I am 6 months later still no phone call , nothing, don't get pulled by their cheap prices
