We are a personal training gym with personal training and small group fitness. We do nutrition coaching and help most people with weight loss goals. If you’re looking for a gym where a bunch of guys are hogging all the space in front of the dumbbells while taking selfies of their abs, you will be very disappointed at Raw Fitness. We use personal training, small group fitness classes and nutrition coaching to help everyday people who have challenges, struggles and frustrations with their health and fitness. Our typical member usually shows a good bit of discipline in most areas of life, there’s just a little disconnect when it comes to health and fitness. Perhaps you too struggle with the motivation to get to the gym consistently. Or you’re an emotional eater, or lack dietary discipline.
