I would like to tell the truth about living experience at coral gate east condos. It is dirty and run down the manager belinda behar does nothing to correct improve or prevent damage to property and loves to tell you " send an email. If a problem is currently taking place she will not do anything but tell you send and email. we have rats and they rent to anyone allow tenants to continue to rent to those not paying association fees. The pool is an empty hole and has been this way for the past 5+ years. The 24 hour maintenance or just maintenance sits around on the upper floors smoking in an enclosed building. They hide in the buildings and we the tenants have to send emails and the problem continues. The laundry rooms often filled with garbage and no maintenance cares to wipe down machines not even once a week. there are spider webs around the hallways and mailboxes because maintenance or behar care to clean/ wipe of the windows. The lights in the hallways are covered with dead insects because they won't wipe/ clean the plastic ceiling light covers at least once a month no we live here with the rats the bugs in the lights and the spider webs and belinda behar manages. thanks to the great miami management inc.and belindabehar. oh and lastly your car may get towed by the company that they have an arrangement with- they come to pick-up cars late night while people sleep. be aware

No GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH BELINDA, everytime I have to call Belinda i got into a hassle. there is not nothing we ca do. I have visitor but she is asking for lease and apply for back ground; so it means I can not have visitors on my appartment because they are no allowed to obtain A LONG TERM permit for parking overnight (NO MORE THAN 3 WEEKS). TO be honest I dont think I VOTED FOR SUCH thing.
