In my opinion, I do not feel like John Slammons cared about doing a thorough appraisal on my home. John called me initially from a local 479 number and had emailed me but the number stopped working and none of my emails were returned. I was able to find John's actual (918) number through the internet. When I called John, he did not remember meeting me, remember the house, remmeber my renovation list with costs that I had given him, remember that I asked him to try not to comp flood zone properties because my house was out of the flood zone but unfortunately many of the homes that sold in the last 18 months were in the flood zone. John never called me back that day. After following up with John Slammons he told me that he had not forgot about me and he would review it, again no call. I told John I was on a timeline, days were passing. I feel like John got sarcastic with me but still promised to review. Nothing happened. John Slammons stopped responding and disappeared. I feel like John Slammons did not listen to my concerns and did not attempt to talk through any of my concerns. I felt like he was defensive and had it was easier to put me off than to address my valid concerns.
