This is the individual that I recently had a terrible experience with. This individual was hired to complete a job to use his credentials of CPA and CFE after he presented me and my family with a contract for services in which, he was to provide. He accepted a $3k retainer, our important documents and very private details in order to assist us. I explained to this individual how important this matter was to us before agreeing to accept the job. Additionally, he was to appear as an expert witness on our behalf, which never happened. I have requested that all of our docs along with the retainer be returned to me and have been ignored. This was less than a year ago. He has
avoided being served court docs, allowed his license to expire while having us under contract with him, but has since paid to have them renewed in order to go on with business as usual. Additionally, I contacted him to discuss this matter with him and right after that his website ironically was shut down, but had been up and properly functioning until I contacted him. He also had a membership to stay unexpired for a few months while under the bogus contract with him. I cannot understand the why in all of this! He seemed like a very honorable invididual in the beginning, but I see he was NOT!!! I wish, I never came in contact with him. Oh, and by the way I found this person on the internet. We went to a different address from what appears on this site. Oh, the vitae was very appealing. STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!

This individual was hired to complete a job to use his credentials of CPA and CFE after he presented me and my family with a contract for services in which, he was to provide.
