Whether you're studying or gathering with friends, Liberty Cafe has been hyped up by so many people in my circle I had to check it out back with the cafe content and this was one of the most quaint, cute cafes I've been to Catered in the heart of Erie 8th Street next to Gannon University, they pride themselves on culinary techniques and sourcing local high quality ingredients. From Panini to Bagle and Snacks, everything looked so delicious. They're dedicated to blending the art of brewing with a welcoming atmosphere. Reading area, Gaming and live music made the place awesome. Opens at 8 in the morning until 8 in the evening. Don't forget they have outdoor seating.
