LICENSE 810044 We are a full-service flooring installation company with more than 26 years hands-on and management experience. Our management team is made up of flooring experts with more than 26 years of practical experience in the field. The first 18 years of the owner's career was spent installing carpet, vinyl, hardwood, laminate, and tile as a journey level technician. In 2002, he tested and received his California State Contractor's License (C-15 and C-54). After he received his license, he opened his first installation company, The Carpetman; founded in 2005 and operated under that name until 2012, when The Carpetman was incorporated and became A1 Flooring Inc. In the years that followed, his leadership, management, and communication skills have strengthened. Most recently, he began attending certification courses to further his education in the inspection arena, which has allowed him to perform site inspections as a certified flooring inspector. Having a certified flooring inspector on our team is beneficial to our clients as well as our installers. Regular job-site inspections allow us to maintain a team of the highest quality installers in the field, consistently making them better at what they do. In the end, the client receives a high-quality installation that will meet the standards of any manufacturer's inspection; preserving their warranty and ensuring their flooring will last them many years to come.
