The owner/operator was difficult to understand on the phone. They had difficulty finding me at the specified location. They left after not finding me and had to re-schedule. They performed the detailing after stating they had "not been paid for the work" the car would require for detailing. They brought a small cover off my bluetooth on/off button in the car. The I-Pod//I-Phone connector to the car stereo fried both my I-Pod and I-Phone after plugging them in, post detail. The windows were covered in spots and the interior was moist. I the owner/operator denied all responsibility when confronted and complained about the tip I'd given him. This was the tip I left him before I realized he'd left y car wet inside which may have resulted in the frying of my electronic devices. THIS GUY IS A CROOK.
