I would NEVER recommend working with this management company. First and foremost, they expect you to live under uninhabitable conditions (smoking/loud noise). When you address the concern after attempting to resolve it yourself, they try and make you feel guilty for bringing it to their attention, not willing to get involved all the while sending extremely unprofessional correspondence. Since moving in, I've had to endure tenants above me smoking marijuana daily and now constant noise consisting of: running, jumping, things dropping to the floor, loud walking and objects/furniture being dragged across the floor on a daily basis. With the ongoing struggle to get a good night's sleep, I politely bought this concern to my landlord and this is the response I received: "You have your side of the story he has his side of the story. He saying that your requests are unreasonable. He has children and they cannot be quiet all the time. It’s an apartment building. At this time you guys need to work it out where it works for both of you. Again, he has a different side of the story and you have your side of the story so there’s nothing left for us to do unless we put a police officer 24/7 at the building to watch what you both do. Please stop emailing us about this I got rid of the other tenant and now you’re picking on this tenant, maybe you are the problem. The best thing is when your lease is up next year you should look for a house where you don’t have to deal with apartment living, until then you’re fully obligated to your lease. Communicate directly with your neighbors. Let this serve as the last email between us regarding this matter."
