I recently had a GE Profile French Door refrigerator delivered from Best Buy. The delivery guys had to take the doors off to get the unit into our house. That's not a big deal so long as you know how to replace the doors! Unfortunately, the delivery guys didn't have any experience with this high-end refrigerator. They reassembled the doors, but they didn't get them on properly. The doors were not operating as they should. When I called Best Buy about it, they sent the same guys back and the net result was that they were only able to adjust the height of the doors. At that point, I called GE for a service appointment. GE quickly made an appointment with Millenium Repair for the following day. John came out to my house on time and was able to correct the issue with the doors in only a matter of minutes. He was courteous and professional and did an outstanding job. He also took the time to explain an issue with the tile flooring that would affect the leveling of the doors. He said that once we got our flooring completed around the refrigerator (we're in the midst of a kitchen remodel) that he would come back out and level the refrigerator doors more evenly. It was a pleasure to have him work in our home and he did a fantastic job. Job well done!
