I recently had the misfortune of hiring Pena & JV Plumbing & Heating for what I thought would be a simple plumbing job. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. To start with, getting in touch with them was an ordeal in itself. I made numerous calls and left several messages, but it seemed like they had fallen off the face of the earth. It took days of persistent calling before I finally managed to get through to someone, only to be met with vague promises and empty assurances.
