I have a lot of problems from these people's tenants. In attempting to talk with him about the harrasment, trying to keep the police out of it I was told not to call him. I can't turn to the police, it hasn't worked. I do not recommend conducting any type of business, rent or home repairs, with these people.

I would NEVER rent from them. It is a VERY VERY BAD IDEA.
