A & F Applicators is a company that is irresponsible with the completion of their assigned work. A craftsmanship entails not only finishing the contracted job well, but taking care of the before and after condition of the work site. I have yet to fail to resolve an issue with this company for incomplete work they have done. The caulking was applied but the windows are smeared with staines which they have failed to clean out completely. In withholding the $1000 from $14,000 payment, they have resorted to attorney for the payment rather than to finish the work they should have done in the first place. This is company that carries poor workmanship and quality in follow-up measures
