Roger, the owner is VERY RUDE! I do not reccomend this shipping company. It seems that they do not know what they are doing..very unprofessional! Nagpadala ako ng box 1st week of April pa until now wala pa kapag tumawag ka sa office nila sa Pinas lalo kang ma stress dahil sila pa ang hihingi ng information sa iyo obviously wala silang manifest or some sort of tracking method....kung alam ku lang na ganito..paano natin kaya sila mapa stop na manloko ng tao?

So far this is my first time to use this company and they were both Professional and on time picking up my boxes. I still need to find out how true they are to their promise of three to four weeks delivery. There is still one more week of waiting to find out before I will send my other sets of boxes…
