I had Adam out to check on a problem with my AC unit in our mobile home. He arrived as scheduled and after checking the unit and finding nothing wrong with it went into the crawl space. He found that the person who installed the unit had not done half of what they should have and not only was it not to code it was falling apart. He said that it was too big of a job to do at that time and he would need additional supplies as well so we set up a secondary time for the next day. He again arrived promptly and began the work. The job was a little bigger than he first thought, however, he was still able to do it at the price quoted and did it in a time frame shorter than I expected. He was very polite, knew his job and it was a pleasure to have him do the work. We will be using Cape Climate for all of our future HVAC needs.
