I live in a home owned by them bruce will lie to get u in a place then once you move in tow your car say you don't have parking take your kids bikes out of yard tell you can't have toys in yard if you have a complaint he says I own it so he can do you how ever he wants sends his guys do dirty work won't. Show up his guys drinks and fish during work hours I caught them drink taking a p outside and all they have to say is o well that is what kind of person is running this park bruce mimran and the owner of norfolk admirals own this rental Rob from poor as much as they can raise rent on old people then kick them out

As a current tenant who owns his trailer but pays lot rent I say stay farcaway from this place. Weve been to court 8 times and never once showed up. They charge outrageously for water and the metets are never read. They charge late fees even if you pay on time. They dont ever answer the phone and their boice mail is always full. There is no email to contact them unless you need to schedule maintenance which they never do, we had to get a court order before they did anything. And there is no physical office they do have a po box but good luck getting them to accept a letter from a tenant it gets returned to sender. Again stay far away from this place.

I just recently rented an newly renovated apartment from YPB and had never seen anything like my apartment before its completly different than all the others in the complex. Because it was brand new when i moved in we ran across a few snags my brand new oven wasnt working properly. The staff at YPB quickly had repair services working after 5pm and had all my complaints taken care of before my husband came home at 7pm and dinner was on the table. I have never rented from a company that took care of problems so quickly and with such a fantastic attitude. Thanks YPB
