The Thornton Colorado store absolutely refused to honor the 20 percent off for jackets that is the June promotion on the website. She told me I had to have printed the coupon. I pointed out that it says just mention or show since there is no actual coupon and she said she didn't care what it said. I also told her that I was going to give her a bad review and she said "I could care less". Stay far away from this horrible business...

I recently brought in 7 holiday costumes to Martinizing Dry Cleaning, only to have them destroyed. These costumes are used once a year, when we create a Magical Winter Wonderland for children. Many of which are terminally ill or suffering from serious medical conditions. Some possibly celebrating their last Christmas. We treat them to a day filled with joy, gifts, food, entertainment from these characters. Martinizing "washed" the costumes together with a bright red Santa suit, causing everything to turn pink. When it was brought the manager Lisa's attention- she offered nothing. Her exact statement was, "Maybe you should return them to the place of purchase, we washed them according to the tags directions" Well Lisa - everyone that has done laundry before know you don't wash a bright red Santa suit with an all white Olaf- For that your business receives a 1 star from me.
