Dry cleaning better than most. Prices as low as I've seen. Service crappy beyond belief. The people that work there make their own hours, ignoring the store hours and service promises literally emblazoned on their building. This means no one there in the mornings up to 90 minutes after posted opening ("We're on 'winter hours'" I was told, though none were posted and the owner knew nothing about them). It means confronting employees through locked doors ten minutes before closing because they've already shut down the computer. It means finding out when you come to pick up your order that "same day before 9" service emblazoned in neon is really two days because they didn't mentioned when you dropped off that their driver left 30+ minutes early (twice in as many weeks). And once after I spoke to the owner, the counter person called me at my place of work to complain about me! This morning I knew to ask if my clothes would be ready today and (surprise!) was told no, the driver was already gone. When I pointed out it was only 8:45, the counter person shrugged indifferently and said, "You know who you can call..." That was it for me. I travel a lot so I need someplace reliable with employees who at least pretend to give a damn. There are places that are a little less convenient, a little more expensive and take a couple days, but will deliver service as promised.
