this is a recommendation to NOT USE Ultimate Graphics because they are a bunch of Ultimate A$$H*OLES!!!
How these guys stay in business is a mystery to me. i am convinced that any positive review of this place must come from the company itself. i have never dealt with a company that has had so much disregard for their customers.
I placed an order to have a 3 color print on tank tops on June 13 2012. When placing the order i payed for the printing and shipping since they are in LA and i am in New York. I was told i would receive my order by June 28th. On July 3 i still had not received my order so i called Ultimate to check up on it to see if there was a tracking number so i could figure out where my order was. Rusty answered the phone and in his burnt out tone say " ahhh man, yeah, Man im a lil behind but those tanks are going to print today and i should have those out to ya soon man..promise."
wait. what?? i was supposed to receive my order 4 days ago and they still aren't even printed yet?? this is the type of attitude these burn outs that work for the company have towards their clients. So after many many times of me calling them ( they never picked up the phone to call me once or responded to one of my emails) i finally got my order for my tanktops 2 weeks later. Come to find…they didn't ship all of my tank tops. They only shipped the small and the medium not the large and extra large. and to top it all off they did a really BAD job on the printing. it came out all fa
