Roy is a wonderful business owner. He has a demeanor that any mother would love! Truly professional, helpful, honest and we are delighted to have him in our complex servicing us! Very respectful, hard workers at all times with friendly natures. I stop them occasionally to hand them a bottle of water or lemonade in summer months and or hot chocolate in the winter weather. They are always thankful. Great work, and if there is a problem, Roy corrects it immediately. A true gentleman with fine workers.
