WARNING WARNING: please listen to the others and NEVER use this company. They have a F rating with the Better Business Bureau! We were referred to them by American Home Shield. They missed our first appointment because "car trouble". They showed up the next day 1.5 hours late, barely spent 15 minutes and said that a part is needed. My wife waited 5.5 hours!! This replacement part, which finally arrived 5 days later, was wrong and had to be re-ordered. By this time, we have gone 1week with no heat. On the day of the installation, my wife took off from work and waited another 4 hours. They never called and never showed up. We called 10+ and got no return calls. We are still without heat with 3 kids!! Are you kidding!?!? This company has a Facebook site called "Dunn-Rite Plumbing Heating & Air". I posted my comments on there. Hope you will, too. Let's get this company off the street so they don't do this to anyone else!!!
