UGH I HATE THESE SLLLOOOOOOWWWW PEOPLE ITS BEEN 12 BUSINESS DAYS AND I STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING ON HOW MUCH LONGER THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE ON MY PHONE I CALL EVERYDAY AND THE ONLY THING THEY TELL ME IS GIVE THE A COUPLE OF MORE DAYS REALLY PEOPLE YOU FIRST SAY 5-7 BUSINESS DAY NOW YOU NEED LIKE A WHOLE MONTH I THOUGHT IT ONLY TAKES A COUPLE OF HOURS TO REPLACE THE SCREEN UGH THEY SUCKKKKKKK

I've sent two emails to two separate individuals at this location over a period of 3-4 days. No response received. I have multiple issues with a cell phone brought in several months ago with a different set of issues. My questions, simply: (1) what are the hours M-F? (2) can you access the phone and billing/personal information from my prior visit?
