I used Castleberry Properties to build a home. They started out very strong and moved quickly. They fell flat on their face at the finish line by failing to complete the punch list. We are talking about minor details, but the way they handled this was disgraceful. If you use them I strongly suggest withholding 10% until all items are completed and verified.
