My Samsung Galaxy S2 battery was no longer holding it's charge and would only last a couple of hours after a full charge. After calling and/or driving to all the major cell phone retailers, Radio Shack and Battery Bill, they either no longer carried it, didn't sell it or was out of stock (special order would take 2 - 3 weeks). I was at wits end. I finally remembered buying a case from Wireless City a year ago. I drove down and surprisingly they had it in stock .The sales associate installed it, tested it and I was so grateful that such a small retailer had exactly what I was looking for and had the best customer service of any retailer. A VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!
