I did not hire this outfit but my neighbor did. No one not even the neighbor consulted me about him replacing fence. He (Victory) came to the door and let my wife know that there would be noise due to fence work. She said something to me and I saw that that they were cutting up my dog ear fence. I confronted him said the owner that hired him told him that he talked to me about replacing the fence that is shared between our properties. He commented that he was installing steel posts. So now I'll have to look at his cheap steel posts which contrasts to the wood posts on the other 2 runs in my yard. This guy has no idea about quality. These cheap steel posts wont last. Also anyone who knows anything about steel knows that concrete will etch steel and accelerate rust. They also had some concrete delivered with a fork lift. They drive the forklift over my irrigation lines and sat a pallet of concrete along with some other materials partly on my property. I asked that it be removed. He drug his feet like he was going to move it as he needed materials. OH NO. I had to threaten to call the police. I over heard this man saying he was going to do what he is doing and the others neighbors would have to look at his mess. Some neighbors to the rear will have half their fence run with steel posts and the other with the old wood. The fact that (Victory)would even suggest doing such a thing is poor in quality and disrespectful. Did I mention that instead of removing the old posts they just cut them off at ground level? Very lazy way of doing things. So after this fiasco I'll have to go back and auger out new holes and install new wood posts. This guy should stick to mowing grass because his business practices in the fence world are terrible. Also if victory is the one maintaining the neighbors grass he should get out of that business too. This will cost me money that I did not need to spend. Hire at your own risk. He will tell you anything to get your business.
