terrible lady on the phone. Couldn't answer a simple question. The question was, What do you do as a business? I had a charge from one of my clients paying this company and the very rude lady on the phone couldn't answer that simple question. She went on saying I need to write a letter and they will not answer questions. Amazing how odd she was. Totally rude and could of answered that simple question. I found out that the charge for was for a lot rental in a trailor park. WOW LADY. YOU COULDN'T ANSWER A SIMPLE FRIGGIN QUESTION.
