This is an ANTI-recommendation. I will not recommend this company; see my experience below. Called at 7:25AM to arrange a 10:45AM pickup for an 8 minute drive to a 11:00AM appointment. At 10:57 I called to find out why I still did not have a ride. The same dispatcher I had spoken to earlier acted like she had not heard of my earlier call and asked to confirm my address and said she would "try" to find out where my ride was. I then canceled the pickup because I could not make my appointment and am grateful the doctor's office was able to reschedule me for another day this week. NO - I will not be trying to use this service ever again. And before someone from Unity posts another response about ex-employees putting out bad reviews let me just say I have never worked for Unity or any other taxi service, and if Unity wants to stop the bad reviews maybe the owner should look at the problems caused by his current employees.
