Management Consulting for Small Businesses. Business Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Profit Improvement. Heavy use of data and metrics. We provide Management Consulting services for small businesses. The focus is on doing the required analysis to determine a business' obstacles to success and profit leaks. Strategic Planning is used to vet the problems identified and redirect the company's market focus through the extensive use of market segmentation analysis. We also assist the business managers in the implementation of the solutions identified, help them get staff members committed to the required changes, and track progress. A key element in the process involves assisting the business owner in identifying lost profit. Without identifying the true cost of inefficient methods, processes, strategies, etc., it is almost impossible to get ownership's commitment to lead the organization through the required changes.
