Eatery Next Door LLC was created by Bert Touma in pursuing the American Dream with two projects, the Mighty Pizza Oven and the Eatery Supplier List The Mighty Pizza Oven | http://www.mightypizzaoven.com/ (patent pending) is an economical stainless steel oven insert I designed to fit gas outdoor grills. It replicates all the best features of a traditional brick oven and cooks delicious, crunchy pizzas in just 3 to 5 minutes, saving time and energy. The Mighty Pizza Oven is already in production and available from Mighty Pizza Oven website http://www.mightypizzaoven.com. The Eatery Supplier List | http://www.eaterysupplier.com/ is a forthcoming directory of companies that supply the food service industry. This is a very ambitious project that will start off with a Texas list and a Franchise Headquarters list and eventually expand to cover the whole of the US. The original idea was to launch in 2012, however I have had to put on hold.
