We use fresh organic, and locally grown produce in seasonal months to get the quality taste that we are used to in the traditional Hmong culture. We make all our dishes to order and have infused all the ungredients from the Hmong, Thai, Laotion, Vietnamese, Chinese, and American cultures to excite your tastebuds. All our sauces are made from scratch and cooking is based on a healthy living life style. We have many authentic dishes(Pho, Green Papaya Salad, Copon(Curry Noodle), and Larb) as well as Asian infused cooking from the Hmong people living in many different cultures in South East Asia. Although Americans think that we only eat spicy foods,(we call it flavoring), we can also make anything non-spicy. We have a good variety of Vegetarian Dishes as well as a Kid's menu. The best Egg Rol
