The landlord is negligent, unorganized, and incredibly rude. He will not replace, repair, or acknowledge flaws in rental properties. I lived in a Corden Property rental for two years. We had multiple windows without screens and blinds, a rotten back porch, paint missing from the walls, faulty fire alarms, and "the oldest washer and dryer units" the maintenance staff had ever seen. The landlord pulls recurring scams regarding client deposits as well. He is not kind or generous and will try to milk all of the extra money from you that he can. I have felt unsafe and disrespected in all dealings with him.
