David Long (ITS Audio Visual Services) does not pay his bills! He reached out to our company to troubleshoot an installation that they did at Road to Responsibilities and will not respond to our phone calls or multiple invoices that we have sent.

I.T.S. Has questionable business practices at best. David Long rented equipment from me, over a year ago. It was not returned at the agreed date and time and payment was never received. I have a signed contract From David stating the late fees and terms of the rental. I have been chasing my payment for over a year now. I have given him multiple opportunities to make good on the contract, including waiving th elate fee for a period of time.
Further more, I was recently able to see an invoice for a chairity event we worked together on in the past. I donated my own equipment to the event, David charged for the equipment I DONATED.
I've learned my lesson, but David looked me in the eye while i was carrying my baby son as he picked up the gear and promised payment.
The principal of it all is what bothers me the most.
Buyer Beware. Work with someone who has your best interests in mind and not their own.

I recommend not doing business with Its Audio Visual. They still owe me money as an employee for labor and hours worked. Weeks of work that I was never paid for. Checks bounced that were signed by the president of the company who still has failed to pay me after I called and sent records of my hours countless times.
