My advice would be to flee from this business. Roy will try to manipulate. Roy likes to try to make you feel guilty and con you out of your money. Roy is the type of businessman that likes to take people down out of spite. Hopefully he doesn't respond that this was posted by an ex girlfriend since that is his go to response to bad reviews.
