Although not a lawyer, the advocate helps the parents represent the child's legal rights to a free, appropriate public education in the least restrictive environment under the current federal and state laws. I met a pizza delivery person today and I learned that they aren't paid what they should be paid delivering pizza's, they only get tips and that all depends on if the person wanting the pizza wants to give them one. They have to pay for their own gas, and work for tips, and get paid a low min wage that doesn't make any sense. I know currently here we are paid 7.67 an hr under min wage, you need to calculate rent, gas, insurance, food, theres no way.
