Landscape Design & Planting Michael Petrie's HANDMADE GARDENS is a landscape design company serving homes and businesses in Delaware County, Chester County, the Philadelphia, PA area-and beyond. We specialize in practical and creative garden and outdoor living spaces design, offering consultations, problem-solving, installation and maintenance using unusual and interesting tree and shrub selections whenever possible. We do not create the same-old same-old. HANDMADE GARDENS is owned and operated by Michael Petrie, a multi "best-in-show" award-winning Philadelphia International Flower Show exhibit designer, landscape designer and "garden artist" with more than 30 years experience in horticulture. He also studied painting at both the Philadelphia College of Art and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.
