If I could give negative stars as a rating, thats what Aquarius Building, Ana and Felix Mesa deserve. I have never experienced anything like this before, even living in miami. I can't even make my long story short because it's been going on since 2021. This company took my money and never completed my permits that we paid for. They needed to do a third revision because they keep getting it wrong amd they never did it. They disappeared and here we are almost 4 years later with still open and expired permits. They made me sign new docs and pay them and just disappeared. They took 2 years to do the pool and still left things incomplete. They're rude, unprofessional and shouldn't be allowed to keep doing business. I am not the first or the last person they will do this to. They don't pay sub contractors, there's lawsuits against them for this. They're very nasty people.

I called several pool companies, most of them told me i didn't have any space to built my pool. once, I called Aquarius I was told I can do a variance to built my pool. I hired Aquarius building not only built my pool, but also they took care of the variance. Now I'm enjoying my pool, thanks to AQUARIUS TEAM

Out of my career as a business owner/interior designer, I HAVE never dealt with a company so incompetent as yours. From the phishing style contract, clueless project management, sub-par subcontractors and so on. You guys lie in every step of the process and scam at every opportunity. I lost about $15k with you and know this money will never return, the reason being that you have SIX open lawsuits, from vendors which you have not paid, clients that were scammed and American Express for not paying your bills. I’m confident your company will not last much longer and contractor's license being denied.
