My complaint is not about the product, but the customer service. Better yet, the lack of compassion. My husband purchased a TSR27 a couple of years ago. He never rode it as he became ill shortly after receiving it. I contacted the seller hoping to get a good portion of our money back. I really just wanted suggestions on where I could sell it. The bike has never been ridden. EVER!!! Money is tight due to my husband's illness and the fact that I am now his full-time caregiver. In the guise of doing me a favor, I was offered less than half of what we paid. You know they will sell it at a profit. That to me is GREED. I understand that a business is out to make a profit, but when you have already made a profit what do you have to lose to give someone a hand? I don't know about you, but I like doing business with ethical establishments that care about their customers as people.
