Your Ohio We buy houses company for the Dayton, Troy, Piqua, Tipp City, Vandalia, Huber Heights, Englewood, Kettering, Brookville, Centerville, Belmon I started Greg Greenwald, LLC in 2007 after privately engaging in Real Estate for 15 years. I began as a Realtor with Keys Gateway back in the early 1990's and rehabbed my first house (my private residence) a couple years later. Since that time I've grown a passion for Real Estate and today I'm not only a Realtor with Prudential One in Troy but also own Greg Greenwald, LLC which buys houses throughout the Dayton and Miami County area. Some houses we give a complete makeover and immediately sell, others we hold as long term assets. We work directly with people looking to sell their house quickly for a fair price. We have thousands of hours of education (I'm mentored by some of the top Real Estate experts responsible for "Flip This House") and experience. Call today for a free consultation.
