Today my tire completely blew out. Not to fear, I called my roadside assistance for a tire change. After waiting for about 45 minutes the service provider comes in a van. He was not very friendly at all. He also didn't seem to know what he was doing. He tried to use the jack and after failing and lightly dropping my car, he finally got my car up. After he changed my tire and left I received a call from him. He called and accused me of steeling his jump box from inside of his car. Later a person called stating that he was a manager of this company and had all of my information. His microagressions were ridiculous. I am a young professional. I believe that because I am young African American woman they made these judgements of me. It was completely unprofessional. I paid for a service and was treated like a common theif. Needless to say I will be reporting them to my road side assistance company. I was completely grateful until I received a negative end to an already touchy situation.
