Maybe this company was better years ago, the only positive information that I can find online is from 2011. Terrone Street lacked professionalism and felt no responsibility to honor the contract that he has with the warranty company. He was contacted by the warranty company over the weekend with a commitment to schedule an appointment on the 1st business day. When he did not call to honor this, I called and left a message. Even though I used the work number given, there was no voice mail identifying the company or the identity of the phone user. I left a message anyway with no return phone call. Later that same business day, the warranty company called with me on the line to schedule an appointment. Terrone Street did answer this time and belittled the warranty company representative and refused to schedule an appointment with me while on the phone. Only indicating he would call me later. He did call me after 8 PM that same day and offered an appointment time for a non-working HVAC system in 90 degree weather for another 2 days later. A business should honor the contracts it enters into and execute with complete professionalism at all times. I hope that my detailed review with warn others who they are dealing with and choose to do business with ANY other company/individual.
