ordered door from these people was approx. 2 weeks late and once unoened realized parts were missing made phone call to mgr. bruce austin said part wll send part ups tom. after 3 days make another call left message no return call . following week call again told that they would return a call in 5 mins. after 25-30 mins. call back bus. cloesd for day left message no return call called wayne dalton directly made complaint.
