Review: Kriz General Services was hired by the fire company I am President of to install a new generator. They were paid in full at the time of installation. The installation was not done according to manufacturers specs so the propane company refused to hook up the generator. I texted and corresponded with Greg about the issue. He admitted there was an issue that needed to be corrected and said he would come and correct it. Six months later, after many excuses, the issue has not been resolved and he has ceased to respond to my attempts at conversation. This left my not for profit volunteer fire company with a $6,800 paper weight and we had to get someone else to fix his error. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to any one for anything. Poor workmanship and zero customer service!!!
