Michael Sapp's Roofing was contracted to install a metal roof for a family friend back in 2011 in Sylvania GA of which we paid for because our friend is disabled and lives barely above the poverty level and could not afford a new roof for her home...also we live out of state and had to trust that this company would do a good job... BOY WERE WE WRONG !! The roof began leaking, leaking and leaking after every rain (causing about a $1,000.00 in damage to the interior of her home not to mention possible mold issues later on) and we have called and called and called Michael Sapp with ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE !
