Do not do business with Validata Lender Services, LLC. They do not pay fair and reasonable Appraisal fees. They actually sometimes do not pay at all! Sharon at Validata has terrible customer services, in many cases threatening to not send work if assignments are not accepted for low fees and ridiculous return times. Run from this company! Just like American Equity Mortgage is running from them!!

I accepted an appraisal assignment that was subsequently cancelled. I quoted my trip fee of $100 and was informed that I would only be paid $75. I asked to speak to the supervisor and or vice president and was directed to the operations manager, John. John informed me that I had two options, accept the $75 and stay on the approved appraiser panel or accept the $100 and be removed from the approved appraiser panel.
