I would like to say, I was very pleased with the service I received from DTS Air Supplies. They were very knowledgeable in this field. I'd also like to include the professionalism & courtesy I received throughout this whole process. They came out on a Friday evening (After Hours), when it could of been put off until the next business day which would of been Monday but they made time to get me in immediately. Upon their arrival they were quick to find to issue & fixed the problem in a timely manner. They had even given me recommendations & tips on what I needed to change to help my unit system work more efficiently. As hot as it was in my house due to our AC not working properly & not to mention the temperature outside in today's time I really don't know what I would have done if we would of had to wait until Monday, so for their Customer Service skills, professionalism, & courtesy shown upon us I truly would like to express my sincerely gratitude & let them know how much I appreciate them taking the time to assist me & getting my AC back up & running. I would highly recommend this business (DTS AIR SUPPLIES) to anyone who is having AC issues. I have dealt with about 3 other different companies over the years & I will say this company has by far exceeded my expectations & I will definitely be choosing them for any future AC/Heating issues I may come across down the road & in the future.
