Education and training for pool & spa professionals. FPSIE is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit technical center where courses are taught to raise the knowledge level and professionalism of members of the swimming pool and spa industry. Courses developed by the National Swimming Pool Foundation (NSPF) and the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP) are offered, as well as a wide variety of manufacturer's seminars and a number of FPSIE-developed specialty courses.
